A. Jeff CollierVice President, Wealth Management Advisor, Merrill LynchJeff Collier is a Wealth Advisor with a team called C&G Group, in the Private Client division of Merrill Lynch. C&G Group is a Private Banking group focusing on serving a select clientele. Jeff has broad experience working with the Merrill Lynch Global Investment Banking Division and a number of public corporations in the state of Alabama. In addition, Jeff also works with many private companies to provide access to corporate financing needs and companies presently planning a capital raise, merger, or IPO.
Mr. Collier also works with a large outside network of Boutique Investment Banks to assist companies with middle market sized transactions such as capital raise or restructuring, acquisition financing, M&A strategies, and strategic sale of business. These banks are recommended based on Industry focus and expertise, as well as geographic location and regional influence. He works with various Institutional divisions of ML in the areas of Specialty Corporate Finance, Real Estate Financing, Institutional Advisory Division (corporate cash management, currency swaps, interest rate swaps, etc.). On the Private Banking capabilities for Individuals, C&G Group serves entrepreneurs, wealthy families, and businesses in the areas of asset management, strategic alternative investments, tailored lending, restricted security management, concentrated stock risk management, liquidation and tax efficiency strategies.
