Jeff Trotman is the founder and president of Westglenn Software, a software development consulting firm based in Birmingham, AL. Westglenn is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with expertise in all phases of database systems development for businesses. In addition to their consulting work, Westglenn develops tools to help programmers be more productive. Westglenn is currently a tenant at OADI, UAB's business incubator program.
Jeff has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Finance from Auburn University. He was a member of the 2005 Birmingham Venture Club's Entrepreneur Accelerator program and is a member of the Birmingham Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Class of 2006. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and is a frequent presenter to technology groups in the area.
When he's not working, he spends his time at the ballpark, as a member of the Executive Board for the youth baseball league in Vestavia Hills, where he lives with his wife and three young sons, and serves as the co-president of his neighborhood association.
